Text

Section 82. Any inspector, supervisor of attendance, superintendent of schools or other person authorized to issue the badges required by section seventy, or any other person charged with the enforcement of any of the provisions of sections sixty to eighty-three, inclusive, who knowingly violates or fails to comply with any provision of said sections, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten nor more than two hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than two months, or both.
