Section 76. Inspectors shall visit and inspect the places of employment mentioned in sections sixty to sixty-eight, inclusive, and shall ascertain whether any minors are employed therein contrary to said sections. They shall report to the school authorities any cases of children under sixteen discharged for illegal employment. Any person may prosecute violations of sections sixty to seventy-four, inclusive.
