§ 159B — Reimbursement of expenses for medical examinations

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XXI LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
Section 159B. Any employer who requests or requires a person who is a present or prospective employee to undergo a medical examination by a physician designated by the employer, as a condition to securing or continuing in employment, shall reimburse said person for the medical expenses requested or required.
