Section 147E. The attorney general shall make rules and regulations for the enforcement of sections one hundred and forty-four to one hundred and forty-seven H, inclusive, and to maintain existing wage, hour and other labor standards established by law or regulation for workers in the industry. Violation of any such rule or regulation shall be punished as provided in section one hundred and forty-seven G. The attorney general or his authorized representatives shall make all inspections and investigations necessary for the enforcement of said sections.
