§ 21 — Enforcement of laws and regulations relative to blasting

Section 21. The superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity, upon the petition of the commonwealth or of a city or town, to enforce the laws of the commonwealth and the regulations of the board relative to the blasting of rock, stone or other substance with any explosive.
