Text
Section 75. Every insurance company authorized to insure or to reinsure boilers in the commonwealth shall have in its employ at least one inspector who holds a certificate of competency under section sixty-two and resides in the commonwealth. When an inspector holding such a certificate ceases to be employed by an insurance company, the company shall notify the state fire marshal giving the reasons therefor.
