§ 69 — Expenditures by state fire marshal for work and apparatus

Section 69. The state fire marshal may expend the amount annually appropriated for investigation work, for apparatus used in connection with the inspection of steam boilers and for the installation and maintenance of apparatus in the examination of engineers and firemen.
