§ 33 — Violation of statutes or rules

Section 33. Whoever violates any provision of sections five to thirty-two, inclusive, or of the rules of the board shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty nor more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
