§ 31 — Hydrostatic pressure test

Section 31. If, in the judgment of the inspector of the division or of the insurance company, it is advisable to apply a hydrostatic pressure test to a boiler, the owner or user shall prepare the boiler for such test, as directed by the inspector of the division or by the insurance company.
