Section 90. Any provision in a contract to repair or remodel a dwelling whereby the contractor seeks by the use of any words whatsoever to preclude or exonerate himself from liability to the owner, tenant or any other person for any injury, loss or damage arising from any omission, fault, negligence or other misconduct on his part shall be printed in twelve point bold face type.
