Section 84. Any person keeping or using a cinematograph or similar apparatus contrary to any provision of sections seventy-two to eighty-four, inclusive, or in violation of any rule or regulation made by the commissioner of the division of occupational licensure shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty nor more than five hundred dollars.
