§ 73 — Inspection; regulations

Section 73. The inspector shall inspect any booth or enclosure in which a cinematograph or similar apparatus is to be kept or used as specified in the preceding section, and the commissioner of the division of professional licensure shall make such rules and regulations as he may deem necessary for the safe use thereof.
