Section 89. Every person engaged in the business mentioned in section eighty-six, his agent or other person in charge thereof, who fails or refuses to allow the inspection of the book, or who wilfully hinders, obstructs or prevents said officers from inspecting the book or examining the property as provided in section eighty-seven, or who wilfully violates any other provision of the three preceding sections, shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
