§ 40 — Violation of statutes

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XX PUBLIC SAFETY AND GOOD ORDER·Ch. 140 LICENSES
Section 40. Any keeper of a public lodging house who violates any provision of sections thirty-five to thirty-eight, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars.
