Text

Section 36. No such license shall be granted in any such city until the board of health thereof has certified that the building is provided with a sufficient number of water closets and urinals and with good and sufficient means of ventilation; and the said board may from time to time require the licensee thoroughly to cleanse and disinfect all parts of said building and the furniture therein to the satisfaction of such board.
