Section 65. Upon suspension, revocation, cancellation or forfeiture by the licensing authorities of a license or permit granted under this chapter, the holder thereof shall forthwith deliver the same to such authorities. Refusal so to deliver, or failure so to do for seven days following a request therefor by such authorities, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than three months, or both.
