§ 40 — Analysis of alcoholic beverages by court order; fee

Section 40. Any court may cause alcoholic beverages which have been seized under this chapter to be analyzed by a competent chemist, and the reasonable expense thereof, including a fee of not more than five dollars for each analysis, shall be taxed, allowed and paid like other expenses in criminal cases.
