Text

Section 2A. No person shall sell, offer for sale, manufacture or possess powdered alcohol. Whoever violates this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000.This section does not apply to (A) the use of powdered alcohol as an ingredient in non-powdered products or (B) the production of, sale, offering to sell, or delivery, receipt or purchasing for resale, powdered alcohol for the use as an ingredient in non-powdered products.
