Section 25E1/2.

(a)As used in this section, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise:-''Affected wholesaler'', a wholesaler whose right to distribute any brand of malt beverages has been terminated pursuant to subsection (b).''Brewery'', an entity that:
(i)is authorized to sell malt beverages to wholesalers in the commonwealth; and (ii) produced less than 250,000 barrels, or 3,445,000 case equivalents, of malt beverages in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the written notice of termination of the right to distribute any brands of malt beverages required by subsection (c); provided, however, that a ''brewery'' shall include all of the brands and labels owned by the entity or any brewery affiliated with the enti
