§ 2 — Value of animals taken; payment
Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XX PUBLIC SAFETY AND GOOD ORDER·Ch. 133 DISPOSITION OF OLD AND INFIRM ANIMALS
Section 2. The value or damages, if any, determined under the preceding section, and the reasonable costs and expenses incurred by said officer and approved by the court, shall be paid by the society whose officer or agent made the application for process.
