Section 8.

(a)For the purpose of administering the interstate wildlife violator compact and to serve as a governing body for the resolution of all matters relating to the compact, there shall be a board of compact administrators. The board shall be composed of 1 representative from each of the participating states who shall be known as a compact administrator. A compact administrator shall be appointed by the head of the licensing authority of each participating state and shall serve and be subject to removal under the laws of the state that the compact administrator represents; provided, however, that the compact administrator for the commonwealth shall be the commissioner fish and game or a designee.
