Text
Section 46. The members of the board shall hold at least two regular meetings each year, and may hold such special meetings at such time and place as the board may provide by by-law or rule. Notice of all such meetings shall be given as provided by such by-laws or rules. At the first regular meeting in each year the members of the board shall choose from their own number a chairman, a vice-chairman and a secretary.
