§ 23 — Examination of buildings; report

Section 23. Inspectors shall, in addition to their inspections of animals for contagious diseases, examine the places in which neat cattle are kept, with reference to their situation, cleanliness, light, ventilation and water supply, and the general condition and cleanliness of the said neat cattle, and shall make a detailed report, with names and residences of owners, to the director.
