Text

Section 20. An inspector who is satisfied, upon an examination of any neat cattle, sheep or swine, that they are free from contagious disease, shall deliver to the owner or to the person in charge thereof a written certificate of their condition, in such form as the director shall prescribe, signed by the inspector, and shall enter a copy of said certificate upon his records.
