Section 59. Samples for analysis as stipulated in section fifty-eight shall be collected by the commissioner or his duly authorized deputy and shall be delivered to the Massachusetts Agricultural Experiment Station of the University of Massachusetts for analysis according to methods approved by the Association of Official Analytical Chemists or other approved methods.
