§ 28 — Exemption of gypsy and brown tail moths

Section 28. Sections sixteen to twenty-seven, inclusive, twenty-nine and thirty, shall not apply to gypsy or brown tail moths in any stage of development except upon places where nursery stock is grown and upon property adjoining the same.
