Text

Section 68. In the correctional institutions of the commonwealth the commissioner, and in jails and houses of correction the superintendent or keeper, with the approval of the commissioner, may appoint agents who under such regulations as the commissioner shall establish shall sell, subject to the provisions of section sixty-seven, goods and services produced therein. Any such agent may be removed at the pleasure of the officers by whom he was appointed.
