§ 11 — Receiving of persons

Section 11. The superintendent, subject to the rules and regulations of the hospital, shall receive any person sent with a proper certificate from the department of transitional assistance, or from the department of public health, or from a board of health, or from the institutions department of the city of Boston, or from some one duly authorized by said boards or said departments, and shall provide for them under the rules and regulations made under section four.
