§ 1 — Definitions

Section 1. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:-''Agency'', the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, established by section 3 of chapter 708 of the acts of 1966.''Committee'', the advisory committee established by section 4.''Fund'', the Affordable Housing Trust Fund established by section 2.
