Text
Section 14. The executive office, the council and the institute shall pursue and maximize all opportunities to qualify for federal financial participation under the matching grant program established under the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111–5. The council shall consult with the office of Medicaid to maximize all opportunities to qualify any expenditure for any other federal financial participation.
