§ 85 — Establishment of Medicaid rates for licensed skilled nursing facilities

To establish Medicaid rates for skilled nursing facilities licensed pursuant to section 71 of chapter 111, the division of medical assistance shall use as base year costs for rate determination purposes the reported costs of the calendar year not more than 2 years prior to the current rate year.
