[ Text of section added by 2024, 186, Sec. 41 effective November 21, 2024.]Section 10V. The division and its and its contracted health insurers, health plans, health maintenance organizations, behavioral health management firms and third-party administrators under contract to a Medicaid managed care organization, accountable care organization or primary care clinician plan or other entities contracting with the division to administer benefits shall provide coverage for universal postpartum home visiting services, in accordance with operational standards set by the department of public health pursuant to section 248 of chapter 111.
