Section 19. A pregnant teen who meets all other eligibility requirements shall be eligible to live in a teen parent shelter or participate in a teen living program during such pregnant teen's entire pregnancy and shall be eligible to receive cash assistance under transitional aid to families with dependent children if the pregnant teen meets the school attendance requirements in 106 CMR 203.610 and 106 CMR 203.630.
