(a)The secretary, in consultation with the secretary of labor and workforce development, shall create and distribute a veterans' benefits and services notice.
(b)The veterans' benefits and services notice shall include information regarding the services and resources available to veterans, including, but not limited to:
(i)contact and website information for the executive office of veterans' services and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs;
(ii)substance abuse and mental health treatment resources;
(iii)educational, workforce and training resources;
(iv)tax benefits resources;
(v)information about obtaining a veteran indicator on a state driver's license or identification card;
