Text
Section 2. Such permission shall not be given to take the body of any veteran as defined in section ten of chapter forty-six, or the body of any stranger or traveler who died suddenly, or the body of a person who, during his last sickness, of his own accord requested that his body be buried or delivered to a friend, but such body shall, in conformity with such request, if any, be buried, or delivered to such friend.
