[ Text of section added by 2024, 238, Sec. 229 effective November 20, 2024.]Section 17. The commonwealth, its officers and employees, and the board of registration in nursing and its agents who act in accordance with this chapter shall not be liable for any act or omission in good faith while engaged in the performance of their duties under this chapter. Good faith shall not include willful misconduct, gross negligence or recklessness.
