[ Text of section added by 2024, 238, Sec. 229 effective November 20, 2024.]Section 14. The board of registration in nursing may take disciplinary action against the practice privilege of a registered nurse or of a licensed practical or vocational nurse practicing in the commonwealth under a license issued by the party state. The board's disciplinary action may be based on disciplinary action against the nurse's license taken by the nurse's home state.
