§ 33 — Access to documents by registered pharmacists against whom a complaint or charge is pending

Section 33. A registered pharmacist against whom a complaint or charge is pending before the board, or his counsel, shall have the same right of access to documents in the possession of said board as a person charged with crime in the courts of the commonwealth would have to documents in the possession of the clerk of the court or the prosecuting officer.
