Section 27.

(a)No sooner than eleven months and no more than one year and two months after the acceptance of the candidate site identification report pursuant to section twenty, the community supervisory committee of each candidate site community shall interview those certified applicants who indicate their willingness to develop and operate a facility at a candidate site located within such community, and shall meet with the board or the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance at the request of any of them to discuss any aspects of the certified applicants qualifications or responses to the request for proposals.
(b)Each certified applicant interviewed shall be given an opportunity to submit to the community supervisory committee of the site community a written response
