Section 15.

(a)Whenever the department finds upon inspection or through information in its possession, that any person certified, licensed, designated or otherwise approved by the department under this chapter is not in compliance with a requirement established under this chapter, the department may order such person to correct such deficiency. Every such correction order shall include a statement of each deficiency found, the period prescribed within which each such deficiency shall be corrected, and the provisions of law relied upon.The period prescribed shall be reasonable under the circumstances.
