§ 9 — Penalty for violation of Sec. 7 or 8

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XV REGULATION OF TRADE·Ch. 101 TRANSIENT VENDORS, HAWKERS AND PEDLERS
Section 9. Violations of section seven or eight shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars or by imprisonment for not more than two months, or both.
