Section 7. The deputy director shall keep on file, in convenient form and open to public inspection, all license applications and copies of licenses issued and shall annually publish a list of names and addresses of all auctioneers licensed by him, and the names of all persons whose licenses have been revoked, suspended or surrendered during the period and the specific time for which such suspension, revocation or surrender became effective.
