§4844. Delivery by mail or commercial courier

A.A communication or document required or permitted by this Part to be given or delivered shall be deemed to have been given or delivered when it is properly deposited in the United States mail for delivery to the intended recipient by certified or registered mail or by other method of delivery for which the United States Postal Service registers and tracks the communication or document.
B.A communication or document required or permitted by this Part to be given or delivered shall be deemed to have been given or delivered at the time that it is properly deposited with a commercial courier for delivery to the intended recipient, provided that the communication or document is received by the intended recipient within a reasonable time after su
