§4842. Delivery of communications or documents
Delivery of a communication or document required or permitted by this Part to be
given or delivered is accomplished when the communication or document is received in
accordance with R.S. 9:4843 by the person to whom it is sent or when it is deemed to have
been given or delivered in accordance with R.S. 9:4844 or 4845.
