§356. Consideration of child support In any proceeding for child custody or visitation, either party may raise any issue relating to child support and the court may hear and determine that issue if all parties consent. The child support matters need not be specifically pleaded for the party to raise the issue, or the court to decide the issue. Acts 1999, No. 447, §1.
