§ 9:3513 — Waiver, agreement to forego rights

Louisiana·Title 9 Civil Code-Ancillaries
A consumer may not waive or agree to forego rights or benefits under this chapter except that a claim, if disputed in good faith, may be settled by compromise or agreement.
