§ 9:3171 — Rights of buyer in case of eviction

Louisiana·Title 9 Civil Code-Ancillaries
The purchaser evicted from property purchased under execution shall have his recourse for reimbursement against the debtor and creditor, as provided in Article 2379 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
