§ 9:3169 — Rescission for fraud or nullity; redhibition not permitted

Whatever may be the vices of the thing sold on execution, they do not give rise to the redhibitory action; but the sale may be set aside in the case of fraud, and declared null in cases of nullity. Redesignated by Acts 1993, No. 841, §2, eff. Jan. 1, 1995.
