§ 9:3146 — Peremption
Louisiana·Title 9 Civil Code-Ancillaries
Any action to enforce any warranty provided in this Chapter shall be subject to a peremptive period of thirty days after the expiration of the appropriate time period provided in R.S. 9:3144.
