§948. Power of commissioner to issue rules, regulations, and orders to
implement this Chapter
The commissioner may issue rules, regulations, or orders to implement
this Chapter and to further its purposes, and when issued in accordance with
R.S. 49:961, such rules, regulations, and orders shall have the force of law.
